Outlook 2007 Configuration (Home)
Setting up Outlook 2007 on your home computer to link to your departmental account is simple. The steps below are used for systems which will running off the UF network. Laptops can be configured this way as well to allow them to work both on and off the UF network.
- Start Outlook 2007 and will prompt you to create a new profile. Enter a profile name (i.e. Outlook) then click OK. Now you will need to enter information about your account. Fill in the fields with your full name, your email address and password then click Next to continue. (Figure A)

- Outlook will now start the configuration process. You will be prompted to connect to autodiscover.medicine.ufl.edu. Enter your password and click OK to continue. Outlook will then continue with the configuration of your client. This process may take several minutes. Once it has completed you will see a message saying the account was successfully configured. (Figure B)

- At this point your Outlook is configured and you can click the Finished button to start using the program.
