Outlook 2003 Configuration (On Campus)
Setting up Outlook 2003 to link to your departmental account is simple. The steps below are used for systems which will only be run on a UF network. If you are setting up a laptop or a home system use the Remote Outlook 2003 setup instructions.
- Start Outlook 2003 and it should prompt you to Choose a profile. Select the default and then click Next to continue with the Account Configuration as shown in Figure A. Select Yes to configure an account then click Next to continue.

- The next screen asks for the server type, select Microsoft Exchange Server and then click Next to continue. (Figure B)

- Now you areprompted to enter the server and user name. Enter MEDEXCHANGE02 for the server and your department login for the user name as shown in Figure C.

- Click Next to continue. You may be prompted to select which user you are if more than one possible match is returned for the user name you entered.
- At this point your Outlook is configured and you can click the Finished button to start using the program. (Figure D)
